This is me. I’m Thaydra. I’m a 32 year old mom in the Pacific Northwest. This is my little place in the world that I can escape to when I need to. My writings are mainly just a purging of my brains. They are, on the whole, unedited at all. I am a fan of feedback, so that when I do go back to edit them, I know where to focus my attentions to gain the interest of readers such as you.
The poetry I have on here is very old. I had better stuff, but it got burned. That is a long story that I can entertain you with if you so desire, but not here. I have not written poetry in a long time now, but should I delve back into that realm, I will let you have first peek at it.
The picture writings are a prompt that my boyfriend and I decided to work with. He would pick out a picture for me to write about and send it to me. I would then come up with a story based off what I saw (without reading any information given by the artist).
My book reviews are mostly for my own purposes, so that I can keep track of what I’ve read and what it is about. However, I thought if you are taking the time to read these, then you should glean something from them as well. So there ya go.
